Neymar signing, a done deal?

Neymar is under contract at Santos, so Barcelona cannot confirm that he's signed for the club because he hasn't, but there are more and more clues, whispers and evidence that point to the striker joining Barça no later than the summer of 2014, if not next summer.
Barcelona vice-president, Javier Faus, in a meeting with the press in Moscow, didn't disclose what the €10m was used for listed in the club's audit last season as executed. Nor the €30m that will have to be paid soon and is earmarked for the sporting side of the business.
"They could be to sign a coach", the Barcelona director joked. Everything points to those €30m being used by the club to ensure Neymar’s transfer.
Faus did however admit that the Brazilian's arrival would be great for the club: "Signing Neymar would be perfect strategic marketing, although the club always prioritises the football over the financial".
