Cristiano Ronaldo's future is the talk of the town in France. It is believed that Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), the only club that has deep enough pockets to foot the astronomic bill required in order to secure a transfer deal for Real Madrid's Portuguese star.
Various media sources have speculated that PSG is considering offering €125 million to sign the Madrid forward. This would far exceed the €96 million that Madrid had to fork out to bring Cristiano to the Bernabéu in 2009.
The rumours surrounding Cristiano have become commonplace ever since he admitted to being "unhappy" in Madrid. At the end of October there was talk about a possible €100 million offer for the player, but that has since been eclipsed.
Cristiano has two seasons left on his contract with Real Madrid, which includes a €1000 million buyout clause.
