OPPORTUNITY — Speaking during an
interview on Al primer toque, Lorenzo
explained: "It's a wonderful opportunity for me because I can learn something
from a great rider like him. He has qualities that I don't. Rossi coming back to
Yamaha is good for the team, we'll be stronger this year." Lorenzo then opted
for diplomacy and sat on the fence when asked who his main championship rival
between Rossi and Moto2 world champion Marc Marquez would be: "I don't know, it
depends on how fast they are and on their bikes."
LORENZO OFF THE TRACK — Lorenzo
completed nine laps in the morning but only two after the lunch break because he
came off the wet track at bend 16. He wasn't injured but the test was
interrupted as a result. After assessing the conditions of the track, Yamaha
decided to suspend the tests completely.
